Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the J&B Landscaping website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site is informational
The content here — service descriptions, process explanations, and notes on codes, permits and local conditions — is general information about landscaping work. It is not advice for your specific property, not a guarantee of any result, and not an offer or a contract. Codes, permit rules and utility requirements change; confirm current requirements for your project before relying on anything stated here.
Estimates and work
Any price, scope or timeline for your project comes from a site visit and a separate written agreement signed by you and J&B Landscaping. Submitting the form or speaking with us does not create a contract, hold a place on a schedule, or commit either side to the work. That agreement, not this site, governs any work we do.
Your submissions
When you send information through the site, you confirm it is accurate and that you are allowed to share it, including any phone number you provide. Do not submit anyone else’s personal information without their permission. How we handle what you send is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, images and design of this site belong to J&B Landscaping or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services. Any other copying, republishing or commercial use needs our written permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, J&B Landscaping is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law. This section is about the website; the terms of any signed work agreement apply to the work itself.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
