Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the estimate form or contact us, we collect the details you provide — your name, phone number, email address, city or area, the service you are asking about, and anything you write in the message field. We also record whether you checked the contact-consent box and the exact wording of that consent statement.

Information collected automatically. When you submit a form, our system records the page you submitted from and any campaign parameters carried in the web address you arrived on (for example utm_source, gclid or fbclid). Our hosting and lead-processing providers may log technical data such as your IP address and browser type for security and delivery.

Cookies and analytics. This site does not currently run analytics cookies, advertising pixels or session recording. The code includes placeholders for Google and Meta measurement that are switched off. If we turn them on, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent first.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, schedule a visit and prepare an estimate.
• To contact you about your request by phone call, text message and email — including, if you gave consent, by automated or AI-assisted calls and texts and prerecorded or artificial voice messages.
• To provide and follow up on work you hire us for.
• To keep records we need for tax, insurance, warranty and legal purposes.
• To detect and prevent spam and abuse of our forms.

Text messages and automated calls

If you checked the consent box, you agreed that we may contact you at the number you provided, including by automated or AI-assisted phone calls, texts and prerecorded or artificial voice messages, about your request. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling by telling us on any call or by emailing us.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business — our lead-management and communications provider, which receives your form submission and enables our call, text and email follow-up; our website host; and similar vendors, who may use it only to perform services for us.
• Authorities or others when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety or property of anyone involved.
• A successor if the business is sold or merged, subject to this policy.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your request and, if you become a customer, for the life of that relationship plus the period our tax, warranty and insurance obligations require. We delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may ask us to disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, to delete it, and to correct it, subject to legal exceptions. We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
